I decided not to post this on my main channel because it's just not pretty enough for me. It was a requested look, that I feel I didn't do good enough to merit being on my hair channel. But I still wanted to upload it to my vlogging channel, which I consider more casual.

Do you like it when....

I do "How I did my make up for a video" videos because, sometimes I get requests from viewers to show how I did it. I really never wanted to show how I do my make up because I don't think I am a make up guru :D I just like to do my make up once in a while. Actually, if I could get away with wearing no make up, I would rather that! :D

I know how important it is that I have a pleasing presence in my hair tutorial videos, so I make an effort to wear more make up than I would normally.

When I see those requests for make up tutorials, I am always surprised. But I aim to record how I did my make up, rather than to call it a make up tutorial. Do you see the difference?  :D :)

I made a video for Pantene!

I was so excited to be contacted by a Pantene rep to create a video for their Silky Moisture Whip Moisturizer + Styler!

I've always wanted to just be in a Pantene ad LOL :D Now, I sort of am :D

So, if you haven't seen it, here is the video I made for Pantene. What a dream come true for me.



I put a lot of time and effort into this video. I even had my husband fix one of my broken soft box lights. The next day, our son broke it in front of our face as we were watching him :(

I ended up going to bed at 3 am, after filming this several times before I felt it was PERFECT. Even still, I look at it and continue to find a million things wrong with it. I was so tired. I couldn't put more effort into it anymore, so I went to bed.

The next day, I had to edit it in order to have it up by the deadline. But, I woke up with ithcy watery eyes and a stuffy nose; what luck! :( Still, I soldiered on and ended up getting it on YouTube on time for you all to see it. I hope that you will have time to watch it. It really has been a fun project for me to work on because I feel that anyone can get their hands on this product.
